About Us
Purpose Driven Access was founded by Shanaé Murraine after years of experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be for families to find safe, dependable, and compassionate transportation for loved ones with disabilities.
As the mother of two autistic children, transportation became much more than simply getting from one place to another. It became a daily responsibility requiring trust, consistency, communication, and an understanding of each child's unique needs.
Those experiences inspired the creation of Purpose Driven Access, an organization committed to removing transportation barriers and helping children, adults, older adults, and individuals with disabilities access education, healthcare, employment, therapy, and community life with dignity and confidence.
Meet the Founder
Our Founder, Shanaé Murraine brings together lived experience, public service, healthcare knowledge, and corporate leadership to create a transportation organization built on both compassion and operational excellence.
Before founding Purpose Driven Access, she spent more than twelve years as a Public Health Advisor with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, helping improve access to healthcare for underserved communities. She later served in leadership roles supporting large-scale government contracting before transitioning into program management and operations at Microsoft.
Today, she combines those experiences with her perspective as an autism mom to build transportation solutions centered on accessibility, dignity, safety, and trust.
